In early 2022, Hubei Cultural Tourism Group and Wuhan Cultural Tourism Group jointly established Hubei Cultural Tourism One-Card Technology Co., Ltd. to promote the issuance of the Hubei Tourism Benefit Card and the Tourism One-Card for Three Provinces in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River. The goal is to provide in-depth services for tourists in Hubei Province and the comprehensive tourism of the three provinces of Jiangxi, Hubei, and Hunan, as well as for annual card users in metropolitan areas and urban agglomerations, achieving resource sharing and mutual attraction of tourists.
